Responsibilities:
- Drive demand planning and forecasting processes to improve delivery reliability and revenue performance.
- Enhance and automate planning workflows to increase efficiency, accuracy, and data visibility.
- Lead and support SIOP processes, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, operations, and business objectives.
- Identify demand risks and implement contingency plans while improving information flow across teams
- Manage and standardize SIOP planning across Asia Pacific manufacturing sites, driving consistency and best practices.
- Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning inputs.
- Maintain planning systems, documentation, and compliance standards while promoting a safe and responsible work environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering / Business
- At least 6 years of experience in Demand Planning in manufacturing environment
- Regional exposure
- Prior experience leading a small team
