We are looking for a Tech Delivery Manager to join our International Technology team. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of technology initiatives for new market entries and support existing markets as they expand their store footprint and evolve their technology roadmaps. You will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Engineers, regional teams, and franchise partners to translate roadmaps into actionable project plans. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to process improvement.
Market Entry & Store Expansion
Lead technology workstreams for new country launches and new store openings in existing markets.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop project plans that align with market roadmaps and business goals.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary technology point of contact for in-market regional teams and brand partners (franchisees), addressing technology needs and resolving issues.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment on project inputs, milestones, and deliverables.
Project Governance & Reporting
Oversee project schedules, contracts, and budgets for assigned markets.
Track and communicate project progress using measurable metrics, identifying risks and escalating as needed.
Provide regular status updates on new market opening targets and roadmap progress.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale end-to-end processes for market entry and ongoing technology maintenance.
Drive innovation and simplification to improve efficiency and repeatability.
Experience
5 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, ideally supporting multi-market or cross-regional projects.
Experience in physical retail or restaurant project management is an advantage.
Proven track record with new store openings in the retail or restaurant sector.
Experience in process creation, metrics reporting, and budget tracking.
Technical Skills
Familiarity with retail/restaurant technology ecosystems, including Point of Sale (POS) systems and payment devices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, and project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana).
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and tools.
