Tech Project & Delivery Manager (Retail / Restaurant Technology)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tech Project & Delivery Manager to support technology initiatives across international markets, including new country entries and expansion of existing markets.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers, solution engineers, regional teams, and in-market brand partners to deliver technology projects that support new store openings and ongoing operational improvements. You will oversee project planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and reporting to ensure successful and timely delivery of technology initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong project management experience, cross-functional stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with retail or restaurant technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Manage technology projects supporting new market entry and expansion of existing markets

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to support successful market and store openings

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues where required

• Coordinate project deliverables with internal teams and third-party technology vendors

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Development, Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams

• Act as the key point of contact for regional teams and franchise partners for technology-related initiatives

• Ensure clear communication of project timelines, milestones, and updates to stakeholders

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve processes related to market entry, store technology deployment, and operational support

• Drive process innovation to improve efficiency, scalability, and repeatability for global expansion initiatives

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes

Reporting & Budget Management

• Prepare project status updates and progress reports using measurable metrics

• Track project budgets, vendor contracts, and deliverables across markets within the assigned portfolio

• Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and budgets

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Technology Project Manager supporting international or regional projects

• Experience managing technology deployments for retail or restaurant environments

• Strong project planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external technology vendors

• Familiarity with retail or restaurant technology systems, including POS (Point of Sale) and payment devices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools

• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools is an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluency in English proficiency in an additional language such as Chinese, Hindi, French, or Spanish will be an advantage

Additional Information

• Experience supporting new store openings for retail or restaurant brands will be highly preferred

• This role reports to the Senior Director and works closely with the Project Management team
