Dealer Community Financial Services Sales, Global Markets

Be part of our Global Markets team and play a key role in driving FX and treasury business growth while delivering value-added hedging solutions to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven individual who enjoys client engagement, business development and financial markets.

Responsibilities:-

• Grow FX and Global Markets product turnover and achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on foreign exchange and risk management solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Partner closely with Trade Finance, Branches and other stakeholders to provide competitive pricing and seamless client service.
• Conduct joint marketing initiatives with business units to expand and deepen client relationships.
• Re-activate dormant and inactive FX accounts to drive business growth.
• Ensure all client dealings, documentation and transaction bookings comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and dealing ethics.

Requirements:-

• A good degree holder with at least 1 year relevant experience in business development, treasury sales, corporate banking or financial markets.
• Possess the required CMFAS certifications a plus.
• Holder of the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices (FMRP) Certificate a plus.
• Strong relationship management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for financial markets and helping clients manage their treasury and FX needs.
