We are currently interested in connecting with experienced Derivatives & Global Markets Legal Consultants (Korean/Japanese Speakers) to join the Vario hub in Singapore.

While this is NOT an immediate mandate, we are keen to build relationships with suitably qualified legal professionals who may be interested in future consulting opportunities as demand arises.

The ideal consultant will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Advising investment banks and financial institutions on derivatives and trading-related legal matters.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, confirmations and related derivatives documentation.

• Experience across OTC derivatives, including FX, rates, equity, credit and commodity derivatives.

• Supporting trading, structuring, sales and risk teams on derivatives transactions and hedging arrangements.

• Experience with related market documentation such as GMRA, GMSLA and repo agreements.

• Native, fluent or business proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business, compliance and legal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

• Confidence to take ownership of matters and drive workstreams through to completion.
