Full Time role
Job Requirements:
- Work 12hrs shift (0800hrs to 2000hrs and 2000hrs to 0800hrs)
- May require to work office hours occasionally.
- ITIL Process Knowledge
- WOG experience
- Well verse in Microsoft Office
Skills Needed:
- Dedicated as well as hard working individual with the intercommunication skills to work at all the level of organization.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure technology and components for installation.
- Working knowledge of Data Centre Mechanical & Electrical for operation.
- Vendor management.
- Extensive knowledge garnered working as a Data Center Operator
- Thorough knowledge of Data Center Operations with strong knowledge of Operations methodology.
- Experience in eye-ball checking of system faults and failures
- Good technical knowledge on Data Centre monitoring tools.
- Strong written and excellent communication skills.
