About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to uncover trends, optimize processes, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business objectives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations for operational and strategic decisions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Stay updated on emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data science and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 14 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Knowledge of machine learning, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex insights clearly.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
