The role involves collecting, organizing, and updating information about the Group's assets. The temporary hire will focus exclusively on this critical task and liaise with relevant asset owners.
Analyse Asset Information: Review and understand the attributes and details of assets received from various Group asset owners or Points of Contact (POCs).
Organize Data: Sort and prepare the information into a clear, ready-to-use format.
Communication: Clarify data or information with asset owners when necessary using basic communication skills.
Update Asset Inventory: Input the organized data into the Asset Inventory template according to the Group's Asset Information Requirement (AIR) and ensure all required attributes are captured.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and Civil (CIV) asset owners for data verification and updates.
Accuracy & Completeness: Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with Group standards.
Follow Process: Adhere to guidelines provided by relevant divisions for information dissemination and handling.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable working independently and managing repetitive, detail-focused tasks.
Prior experience in data entry, asset tracking, or administrative support is a plus.
