Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Temporary Project Officer to support data migration and records management for grants management processes within the Education & Community Outreach function.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, systematic, and comfortable working with structured datasets and documentation.
Duration: 9 months
Salary: $2800/month
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Beach Road
Support the migration of data and documents from legacy systems to a new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity
Identify and document inconsistencies, discrepancies, and migration challenges
Maintain proper documentation of migration activities and records
Assist in maintaining and improving grants databases and records
Provide administrative and project support as required
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in data management, records management, grants administration, or administrative support preferred
Experience supporting system or data migration projects will be advantageous
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, formulas, basic data analysis)
Meticulous with strong attention to detail
Organised, systematic, and able to manage large volumes of data
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
