Job Description

Location: CBP

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Reporting & Analytics

. Prepare and maintain regular headcount/ workforce reports

. Consolidate data from multiple sources into clear management-ready views.

Staffing & Resource Management

. Coordinate end-to-end staffing requests including new hires, renewals, and replacements, ensuring completeness and data accuracy.

. Track and maintain staffing approvals, reviews and key initiatives, and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions.

Governance & Process

. Ensure staffing requests comply with approved demand-supply plans, budget controls, and internal guidelines.

. Documentation of staffing processes, templates, and changes.

. Highlight risks, exceptions, and data gaps for PMO and management attention.

Stakeholder Coordination

. Liaise with multiple stakeholders e.g. hiring managers, finance on all workforce-related matters.

. Support preparation of materials for governance forums and management approvals.

Skills & Experience

. Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, pivots, structured reporting).

. Good attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets accurately.

. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

. Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a structured manner.

. 4-7 years of PMO, workforce/ resource management, or similar operational support experience.

. Prior experience in technology or large enterprise environments preferred.
