Are you accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and spreadsheets We are looking for a diligent Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data in a timely and accurate manner to support daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Prepare and organize source data for entry
- Perform routine audits to detect and correct errors
- Assist with generating simple reports or summaries from the database
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
- Support administrative or clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- GCE O / A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Good typing speed and data input efficiency
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Legally authorized to work in Singapore
