Job Description

Extract data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring removal of corrupted, duplicate, and inaccurate data
Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency
Clean and organize raw data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators
Analyze complex datasets using statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and interactive reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software
Prepare and present comprehensive reports for executive leadership that communicate findings and recommendations
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and organizational leaders to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable insights
Monitor performance metrics and quality control plans to identify areas for improvement
Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic using appropriate methods and tools
Develop and maintain documentation that allows stakeholders to understand and replicate the data analysis process
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs, providing status updates and building relationships
Assess and evaluate organizational methods, providing source-to-target mappings and information-model specifications
Manage master data including creation, updates, deletion, and user role administration
Troubleshoot data-related problems, database environments, and reporting issues
Support initiatives for data integrity, normalization, and governance policy development
