Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily data entry tasks in operations team related to purchasing, supplier information, and inventory management.
  • Accurately input and update supplier quotations, purchase orders, and inventory data into the system.
  • Maintain and update supplier databases with relevant contact information, product details, and performance records.
  • Ensure that all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with internal data management policies.
  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and follow-up on pending orders.
  • Support the operations team in tracking orders, deliveries, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative support for any ad-hoc tasks within the operations team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally in a procurement or operations environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.
  • Independent, proactive, and problem solver.
  • Meticulous and pleasant disposition.
