Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily data entry tasks in operations team related to purchasing, supplier information, and inventory management.
Accurately input and update supplier quotations, purchase orders, and inventory data into the system.
Maintain and update supplier databases with relevant contact information, product details, and performance records.
Ensure that all data entries are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with internal data management policies.
Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions and follow-up on pending orders.
Support the operations team in tracking orders, deliveries, and supplier performance metrics.
Provide administrative support for any ad-hoc tasks within the operations team.
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, ideally in a procurement or operations environment.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice.
Independent, proactive, and problem solver.
Meticulous and pleasant disposition.
