Data Centre Technician - Expression of Interest

Job Description Summary

The Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the Data Centre systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The role supports daily operations and ensures timely response to maintenance requests while delivering quality service.

About the Role:

  • Maintenance & Operations: Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and repairs for DC equipment (HVAC/ACMV, electrical, fire systems) and update digital checklists
  • Service Response: Respond promptly to service requests and deliver professional support to customers and stakeholders
  • Inspection & Reporting: Conduct routine inspections, report faults/safety issues, and maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to WSH regulations, safety practices, and statutory requirements
  • General Duties: Attend trainings, maintain housekeeping, safeguard tools, and support additional tasks as assigned

About You

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Technical Certificate or equivalent (relevant technical certifications are a plus)
  • 1–3 years in Data Centre or facilities maintenance
  • Experience in commercial and industrial environments preferred
