Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure, including power, cooling, servers, and network systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and execute SOPs for startup, shutdown, and maintenance activities.
- Respond to system alerts and incidents promptly to minimize service downtime.
- Coordinate with engineering and IT teams for maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
- Manage access control, maintain operation logs, and support installation or decommissioning of IT equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, IT, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data centre operations, IT infrastructure, or facility management.
- Knowledge of server hardware, UPS, cooling, and network systems.
- Willing to perform standby duty after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
