We are seeking a Data Analyst Support professional to transform maintenance and operational data into actionable insights to support decision-making, improve maintenance efficiency, and enhance operational performance through data analytics and AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse maintenance alert system data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) to monitor maintenance KPIs
- Translate large and complex datasets into actionable insights for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support maintenance planning and decision-making
- Manage and analyse maintenance inventory data, including receipt and issuance of spare parts
- Monitor and forecast spare parts requirements in alignment with maintenance schedules
- Improve forecasting accuracy through data correlation and AI-driven tools
- Support procurement planning and strategic inventory management decisions
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and/or AI-driven solutions
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, advanced Excel, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
