ERP Systems Analyst

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

Onitsuka Tiger embarked on a new chapter on 1 October 2018, operating quasi-independently within the same legal framework as ASICS Corporation. This strategic shift was in response to the unique operational needs of the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Our goal is to elevate Onitsuka Tiger to the pinnacle of premium lifestyle brands on a global scale. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated ERP Systems Analyst to actively engage in and support our business development initiatives.

The ERP Systems Analyst will support the Regional IT Business Partner in driving a major ERP transition programme and ensuring effective post-implementation application support. This role will co-run key initiatives with the Regional IT Manager while independently owning specific workstreams, anchoring on NetSuite in the initial phase and progressively expanding into broader ERP platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) as well as business analytics and data-driven initiatives. The position focuses on ERP transformation, system adaptability, and long-term capability building across platforms, with an emphasis on continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable solutions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

NetSuite & ERP Transition (Primary Focus - Initial Phase)

• Support a major NetSuite lift-and-shift ERP migration from an existing environment, working closely with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.

• Participate across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilisation.

• Provide Level 2 / Level 3 application support for NetSuite, including incident resolution, enhancements, and change requests.

• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including process flows and solution designs.

• Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into effective system solutions.

Integration & Data Enablement

• Support and coordinate ERP system integrations, including API-based integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.

• Participate in integration testing, data validation, and issue resolution in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

• Support data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting activities to enable operational insights and downstream analytics.

ERP & Digital Transformation (Medium to Long Term)

• Contribute to ERP strategy and roadmap planning, including future SAP S/4HANA implementation and support initiatives.

• Support continuous improvement of business processes enabled through ERP systems.

• Gradually expand responsibilities into business analytics, reporting, and data-driven initiatives, based on skills and interest.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects, preferably involving NetSuite.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including Finance, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Inventory.

• Experience working with external vendors or system integrators within ERP delivery or support environments.

• Familiarity with system integrations and data flows across enterprise applications, including API-based integrations.

• Hands-on experience in NetSuite or other ERP systems candidates with strong ERP experience and the ability to learn NetSuite quickly will be considered.

• Exposure to SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA), ERP reporting, SQL, or business analytics is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and actionable insights.

• Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced transformation environments.
