Overview:
This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, ensuring data integrity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across stakeholders. You will work closely with business, product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions and deliver actionable dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and data needs
- Translate business requirements into analytical queries and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
- Identify and resolve data quality and integrity issues
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to business stakeholders and leadership
- Support continuous improvement of analytics processes, standards, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience working on large datasets
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Exposure to big data and cloud technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, BigQuery)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and analytics workflows
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Experience in payments, fintech, or technology-driven industries
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or Java
