Scope & Impact:
The role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and operational continuity across investment platforms. It directly impacts business decision-making, reporting accuracy, and overall data reliability within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the end-to-end Investment and Sustainability data flow and data sets.
- Support investment platform projects and BAU (business as usual) activities across asset classes, particularly on data integration and data-related topics.
- Ensure operational stability and efficiency of BAU data processing and workflow management.
- Monitor and enhance data quality across the data value chain contribute to strengthening the data quality framework.
- Lead the resolution of data issues, incidents, and user queries in a timely and structured manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external service providers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data services and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics in the financial services or asset management industry.
- Excellent proficiency in SQL, with familiarity with Python scripting.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and technologies.
- Broad knowledge of financial instruments, asset management processes, or investment data.
- Experience working with or managing external service providers is advantageous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
