Our client is a leading player in 3PL. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking for a Data Analyst to support their growing legal and project teams. They are located in the (East) - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional IFF initiatives across South& Southeast Asia, including project execution, product launches, and business improvement activities
- Manage and ensure timely completion of monthly operational processing for assigned countries
- Perform month-end validation checks and reconciliations to maintain high data accuracy and consistency
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work
- Maintain strong data governance standards to ensure reliability and integrity across reporting and systems
- Conduct root cause analysis and improve import/export workflows to enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and business performance
- Support business analysis activities that contribute to growth initiatives within the IFF function across SSEA
- Provide operational, data, and system support tointernal stakeholders, including country teams, HQ, and business partners
- Assist in administrative tasks and ad-hocassignments from the Head of Department as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver practical solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics / freight forwarding / supply chain industry
- Strong SQL skills
