After a decade of building end-to-end tools for storefronts and fulfillment, they have launched as a standalone platform providing operational and data capabilities to businesses worldwide. They operate as a small, high-ownership team where engineers have a direct, tangible impact on the product and business direction.
We are looking for a talented Senior Fullstack Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to join the Enterprise services team. In this role, you won't just write code; you will help shape technical direction, lead key initiatives from design to delivery, and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy REST and GraphQL APIs, event-driven processes, and supporting UIs on Google Cloud Platform.
- Technical Leadership: Lead design discussions and drive architectural decisions for new services and major features.
- System Excellence: Enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of a platform spanning Catalog Management, Fulfillment, and Data.
- Mentorship: Raise the bar for the team through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge-sharing.
- AI Integration: Actively leverage AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and Claude Code to accelerate development and improve code quality.
Requirements
- Nationality: Must be a Singaporean citizen.
- Experience: 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in a senior or lead capacity.
- Backend Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Node.js and/or Golang.
- Data Systems: Solid skills in SQL, MongoDB, and caching technologies like Redis.
- Communication Patterns: Experience with asynchronous and event-driven communication (e.g., Pub/Sub, message queues).
- Modern Frontend: Working knowledge of ReactJS for building functional user interfaces.
- Optimization & Security: Strong understanding of indexing, data structures, memory usage, and secure coding practices.
Bonus Points For:
- Prior experience in eCommerce or marketplace systems.
- Experience with LLM APIs and Agent Frameworks (e.g., LangGraph).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in observability tools like Datadog or New Relic.
