DATA ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping to delivery.
• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets.
• Perform complex statistical and predictive modeling to solve high-impact business challenges.
• Deliver executive-level insights through advanced visualization and storytelling.
• Develop frameworks for data quality, governance, and compliance across multiple platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance) to integrate insights into strategic initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior analysts in advanced analytics practices.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in advanced analytics roles.
• Expert-level SQL (window functions, query optimization, working with billions of rows).
• Proven expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R for statistical and predictive modeling.
• Experience with big data ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Presto, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and ETL frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
• Demonstrated ability to build forecasting models, clustering, and regression analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) with custom scripting and automation.
