Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisionmaking.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (F&B, retail, logistics) to translate data into actionable strategies.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with PDPA regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of handson experience in data analysis, preferably in retail, logistics, or F&B sectors.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problemsolving skills.

• Good communication skills to present findings to management.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification proven track record can substitute degree.
