Job Title: Data Analyst Lead - Digital Transformation & Analytics
Location: Central/West, Singapore

Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst Lead for one of our esteemed clients in the Digital Transformation Division to design and deliver enterprise dashboards, translating data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, efficiency, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Snowflake.
• Define and maintain consistent data models, transformation logic, metrics, and KPIs across analytical products.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure certified, discoverable datasets with clear business definitions and lineage.
• Partner with Business Analysts to ensure dashboards meet stakeholder needs and strategic objectives.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses, uncover trends, and translate findings into actionable insights for leadership.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, supporting enterprise standards and Alation certification.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to uplift team capability and data literacy.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring alignment on analytical goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, or related disciplines.
• 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake data modelling.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, metadata management, and governance frameworks (e.g., Alation).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-visualization skills.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate technical findings in plain language.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior analysts is preferred.
