Define and monitor key business data metrics; build data dashboards to enable data-driven business management and ensure company objectives are clear and transparent
Produce daily business data reports, tracking indicators such as gross margin, costs, out-of-stock rate, and inventory turnover; promptly identify and address data anomalies
Conduct regular data analysis and reporting; support business decision-making through product- and customer-segmentation analysis.
Continuously improve data operation templates and tools; ensure data security and provide data support to other departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data analysis and insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of data operations experience in the B2B fresh food industry, with proven success in driving business growth through data.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, with strong capabilities in data modelling and visualization.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and high data sensitivity.
Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and present analytical outcomes.
