Data Analyst (Databricks)

We are hiring aspiring / proven data analyst to join us.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using Databricks and Spark
• Develop ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Optimize data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Utilize SQL and Python for data querying, aggregation, and manipulation.
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reported data.
• Work closely with business teams, data engineers, and product managers to understand requirements.
• Communicate insights and findings through visual storytelling and reports.
• Participate in Agile sprints, stand-up meetings, and data strategy discussions.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and transformations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks SQL)
