Job Summary

You will collect, analyze, and interpret business data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making across HR, recruitment, operations, and business development teams.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple business sources to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations to inform and support business decisions
Collaborate with HR, recruitment, operations, and business development teams to understand and fulfill data requirements
Maintain accurate databases ensuring data quality and consistency for reliable analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights to management for performance improvement
Assist in optimizing reporting processes and data analysis workflows to enhance efficiency
Present data findings and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders for informed decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business data contexts
Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
