Data Analyst

Job Duties:

- Analyze financial data, and identify relevant insights considering the company's goals and financial standing.

- Monitor current & past financial performance, identify trends or abnormal fluctuations, and deep dive into major problems.

- Coordinate with internal and external teams as needed.

- Participate in the implementation, advancement, and monitoring of the risk control platform, credit risk modeling, and anti-fraud rules.

- Explore datasets, extract features and develop customized models and algorithms (i.e. GBDT, XGBOOST, Neural Network, etc.).

Requirement:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative major (computer science, mathematics, physics, statistics, etc.)

- Good numerical reasoning skills & data analysis skills.

- Exposure to one or more data analysis packages or databases, e.g: SAS, R, SPSS, MYSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, hive

-Hands-on experience using at least one of the following programming languages:Python, SQL.
