Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Cybersecurity Specialist, where you will undergo structured technical upskilling and contribute to cybersecurity projects supporting national-level cyber defence functions. This role is suitable for candidates who are keen to build a hands-on technical cybersecurity career.

You will be equipped with in-demand skills such as penetration testing, digital forensics, malware analysis, and incident response, with opportunities to attain recognised professional certifications:

- Python scripting for cybersecurity

- Linux and Windows operating system security

- Network penetration testing

- Network and digital forensics

- Malware analysis fundamentals

- Incident detection and response

• Apply acquired skills through practical cyber labs, simulations, and technical exercises.
• Support cyber operations teams in security monitoring, threat analysis, and investigative tasks.
• Assist in analysing security incidents and preparing technical reports.
• Contribute to vulnerability assessments, security testing, and implementation of defensive measures.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to improve security posture, detection capabilities, and incident readiness.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline (IT or STEM advantageous).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in cybersecurity domains such as networks, forensics, malware analysis, or incident response.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and work in a structured training environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
