Cybersecurity Engineer

Job Summary

Gather business and application requirements to design, install, test, and implement IT infrastructure systems aligned with specifications and service levels, ensuring high availability and performance through proactive monitoring and ITSM/ITIL best practices.

Requirement

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity/Network Security/Network InfrastructureEngineer along with a valid CCNA/CCNP certification.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and application requirements to plan and design IT infrastructure systems that meet specifications and service levels
• Install, test, and implement infrastructure systems to ensure operational readiness and compliance with requirements
• Apply and enhance ITSM/ITIL methodologies in daily operations, including change, incident, problem, release management, and CMDB maintenance
• Monitor system performance and availability proactively, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to improve service levels
• Respond promptly to incidents by conducting root cause analysis and delivering temporary or permanent resolutions, providing timely status updates to stakeholders
• Implement and maintain service continuity measures such as backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans to ensure uninterrupted business operations
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all implemented network systems and infrastructure
• Assist in preparing proposals and solution presentations to support business and technical objectives
• Lead and manage a team of network engineers to deliver infrastructure projects and operational support effectively
• Attain key certifications to establish and maintain partnerships with key vendors.
