Job Summary
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to provide Level 2 support for mission-critical network and security infrastructure in a 24x7 environment. The role is responsible for security operations, vulnerability management, compliance support, incident response, and administration of cybersecurity tools and platforms, ensuring operational stability and compliance with IM8 ICT Security Standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance for network and security equipment.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using Nessus, coordinate remediation, and support security hardening.
- Support IM8 compliance, audit readiness, and security policy enforcement.
- Manage and support firewalls, SIEM, HSM, Aruba ClearPass, and Samsung Knox MDM.
- Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and optimize security monitoring tools.
- Resolve P1/P2 incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues when required.
- Perform patching, firmware upgrades, security fixes, and maintain updated configurations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of Level 2 support experience in cybersecurity or network security operations.
- Hands-on experience with Nessus, Firewalls, SIEM, HSM, Aruba ClearPass, Samsung Knox, Cisco technologies, and IM8 standards.
- Experience handling critical incidents, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting.
- Preferred certifications: Check Point, Palo Alto, CCNA, Aruba, or LogRhythm Analyst.
