Job Title: Customer Test Manager

Overview
As a Customer Test Manager within the Service Implementation Migration Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the readiness and operational integrity of the Customer Test Environment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end customer testing experience for migration projects. This includes liaising with internal IT teams, managing issue logs, and ensuring a seamless and professional testing experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate customer test planning activities, including defining test timelines and priorities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the customer testing lifecycle, including issue logging, reporting, and escalation processes.
- Ensure the test environment is fully operational and aligned with project requirements.
- Maintain active communication with IT teams to monitor and confirm the code level and configuration of the testing environment.
- Manage the issue log, including issue tracking, reporting, and escalation to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the testing phase, ensuring a high-quality and consistent customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on testing progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Proactively identify testing issues and contribute to continuous improvement of the test environment.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in fund operations or client onboarding/testing roles.
- Strong understanding of post-trade processes and operational workflows in the funds industry.
- Solid knowledge of cash and securities settlement processes.
- Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and connectivity.
- Proven experience in managing client testing activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
