Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and handle shipment bookings
  • Coordinate space reservations and track availability
  • Work closely with the Import/Export team to ensure seamless job execution
  • Prepare and send pre-alerts to relevant stations before shipment arrival or departure
  • Review daily arrival and departure updates and communicate relevant details to customers
  • Ensure all special requests and handling instructions from customers are properly followed
  • Interact with all involved parties efficiently and professionally, applying negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure a tidy work environment
  • Foster and enhance strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
