Job Description

Summary Benefits:

  • Basic Up to $3500

  • Locations: West / East

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, visitors or students, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
  • Handle phone, email, and counter enquiries on company products, programs, or services.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, registrations, or test-drive / class schedules as required.
  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, and other administrative documents accurately.
  • Support daily operations such as data entry, filing, billing, and coordination between departments (Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations).
  • Maintain customer databases, follow up on outstanding matters and ensure timely responses.
  • Ensure showroom / reception / front desk area is tidy, and materials or display items are in order.
  • Support marketing or event activities such as roadshows or client visits when required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to management and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Relevant customer service or admin coordination experience in sectors such as retail, education, logistics, automotive, or healthcare has advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - cheerful, confident and service-minded.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel / Word / email systems able to handle simple data entry and documentation.
  • Flexible to work weekends, Public Holidays or events (with off-in-lieu provided).
