Role Description

The Customer Success Manager will focus on fostering positive client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, providing solutions to meet customer needs, analyzing feedback, and working towards customer retention. The role also involves maintaining and building successful long-term relationships with clients. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, combining the flexibility of working from home with occasional in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills for ensuring a positive client experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills to identify customer needs, trends, and areas for service improvement
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain and enhance client loyalty
  • Expertise in Customer Service and problem-solving to effectively address client concerns
  • Adaptability and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage
