About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of live restaurants across Singapore. Your job is to make sure they don't just use Oddle — they win with it. That means turning our tools into real outcomes: more diners walking in, more repeated visits, more loyalty, more revenue.

You'll be the go-to person for your restaurants — coaching them, training their teams, connecting the dots between their business goals and our product suite, and making sure every feature we build actually moves the needle for their business.

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of restaurant accounts and drive their long-term success on Oddle
  • Run regular business reviews — translating data into clear, practical next steps for operators
  • Train restaurant teams on Oddle through 1:1 coaching or group sessions
  • Coach merchants on attracting diners, increasing repeat visits, and building loyalty using our suite (Reservations, Ordering, Payments, Rewards, Marketing)
  • Coach merchants on proven strategies to attract diners, increase repeat visits, and build loyalty
  • Proactively identify where merchants are underutilising features and guide them toward full adoption
  • Be the merchant's voice internally — flagging product feedback, escalating issues, and partnering with Sales, Product, and Support
  • Hit account growth targets

Who we're looking for

  • 1-3 years in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or client-facing roles. Experience in F&B / F&B eCommerce industry will be advantageous
  • Strong communicator — comfortable training restaurant owners, GMs, and floor teams. Bilingual with proficiency in Mandarin to engage with Mandarin-speaking merchants is an advantage
  • Curious, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially minded with a willingness to learn how businesses really make money
  • Passion for the F&B industry is a big plus (foodies welcome)
  • A strong sense of ownership. You care about outcomes, not just activity
  • Only applicants who do not require work visa sponsorship will be considered
