Customer Success Manager APAC
We're looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Success Manager to support our FX trading solutions across the APAC region. You'll work directly with both buy-side and sell-side institutions, helping them maximize the value of our platforms while driving adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
- Support client workflow optimization and platform adoption through regular engagement and onsite visits.
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects, coordinating closely with internal teams.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior and C-level contacts.
- Monitor client usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Provide feedback to Product and Technology teams to support ongoing enhancements.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management within institutional FX.
- Familiarity with both buy-side and sell-side client environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of eFX trading and related technologies (e.g., FIX protocol).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Proactive, client-centric, and solutions-driven mindset.
