Job Description

Our client in the FX space is seeking for a Customer Success Manager in SG.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and relay them to sales.
  • Coordinate client meetings and training sessions.
  • Build trust with key stakeholders and executives.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Update stakeholders on project progress and client usage.
  • Monitor account performance and usage metrics.
  • Support client requests and uphold high service standards.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and nurturing existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience in client/account management within brokerage, fintech, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including with C-level execs.
  • Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with onsite client engagement.
  • Solid verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of eFX (multi-asset a plus).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and relationship-focused.
  • Able to prioritize, think critically, and solve problems.
  • Always seeking improvement and growth.
