Our client in the FX space is seeking for a Customer Success Manager in SG.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and relay them to sales.
- Coordinate client meetings and training sessions.
- Build trust with key stakeholders and executives.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions.
- Update stakeholders on project progress and client usage.
- Monitor account performance and usage metrics.
- Support client requests and uphold high service standards.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and nurturing existing accounts.
Requirements
- Experience in client/account management within brokerage, fintech, or related fields.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including with C-level execs.
- Track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with onsite client engagement.
- Solid verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of eFX (multi-asset a plus).
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and relationship-focused.
- Able to prioritize, think critically, and solve problems.
