Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Singapore, with opportunities to work from home. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact for new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and success throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, improving customer retention, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions, analyze customer feedback, and suggest improvements to meet customer needs.

  • Strong Customer Retention and Relationship Building abilities to maintain and grow customer accounts
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer interactions and provide actionable insights
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work model
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in multitasking and time management
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on problem-solving and creating value for customers
