Customer Success Engineer (EMEA/APAC) Fintech AI SaaS

Location:Remote (EMEA or APAC time zones)

Team:Customer Success / Solutions Reports to: CTO

The Role

Youll be the technical front line for our customersowning onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, and value delivery. Youll wire up APIs/Zapier/custom scripts, shape best practices, and partner with Product/Engineering to turn customer needs into roadmap impact. Our customers are in Europe and Asia;occasional late-evening coverageis expected to support those regions. Our tech team is distributed across Europe and Asia.

What Youll Do

  • Own technical onboarding: connect CRMs/data sources (Affinity, Pipedrive, Attio, Copper, etc), set up webhooks/SSO, validate data quality.
  • Build and maintain integrationsusing REST/GraphQL APIs,Zapier, and light custom code (Python/TypeScript/Node) when needed.
  • Troubleshoot & resolveissues end-to-end (auth, rate limits, mapping, data freshness); create clear runbooks and Looms.
  • Create dashboards/reportsfor customer usage patterns, pipeline health, and activity insights (SQL + a BI tool).
  • Proactively manage account health: telemetry, alerts, adoption playbooks, and executive-ready updates.
  • Close the loop with Product/Eng: capture VOC, write crisp tickets, test fixes, and contribute to documentation.

Must-Haves (priority)

  • 3+ yearsin a customer-facing technical role (Customer Success Engineer, Solutions/Implementation, Technical Account Manager) in B2B SaaS.
  • StrongAPIskills (REST/GraphQL),auth(OAuth2, API keys), tooling (Postman, curl), andscripting(Python).
  • Practicalno-/low-codeautomation (Zapier) +SQLproficiency.
  • Frontend familiarity (basicReact/JS/HTML/CSS) for light UI tweaks and embedding widgets.
  • Experience buildingdashboards(Azure/Power BI or similar).
  • Excellent written/spoken communication; ability to translate investor workflows into technical solutions.
  • Timezone fit:based in EMEA or APAC; comfortable with occasional late-evening customer calls.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Domain: venture capital/private equity workflows (deal sourcing, pipeline, portfolio monitoring, LP reporting).
  • CRM/RevOps ecosystems (Salesforce, HubSpot), data providers (PitchBook, Crunchbase, Dealroom).
  • Cloud & Dev basics (Azure, Docker, Git), observability (Sentry/CloudWatch).
  • Security & data handling (SOC 2 practices, PII hygiene).
