Customer Services Intern

Job Description

This is an Intern level (3 months) position where you will be sited next to and mentored by more experienced colleagues. The candidate will be exposed to the Sales and Logistics functions of the Company. If the candidate receives good performance reviews, the Company will be open to considering the Intern for a Full-Time position with all attendant employee benefits. The Intern will develop specialised knowledge in the beverage/food distribution industry with a focus on modern brands.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Singapore Delivery / Warehouse Management - Work with the logistics team to:

. Reply to customer E-mails / Whatsapp orders

. Schedule orders for delivery by area and delivery driver (in-house / 3rdparty)

. Track status of order and delivery schedules

. Prepare orders for fulfilment

. Keep track of inventory levels, product expiry dates, returns / damages

. Verify receipt of items against items ordered and where required resolve errors / discrepancies with local suppliers

. Work with team to ensure stock levels are adequate and work with the Finance team to ensure that physical stock is adequately accounted for.

Online Platform Management

. Reply to online enquiries

. Update online product description/images, inventory levels and product prices across key platforms such as Lazada / Redmart / Shopee / Amazon and Shopify

. Key in orders for the Redmart / Amazon / Shopify platforms

. Respond to incoming calls, emails and other message from customers and give them the right answers and directions.

Job requirements

. Candidate must have ITE or Polytechnic certificate or higher

. No relevant working experience in the related field is required

. Good command of English and working knowledge of Mandarin and Malay would be plus

. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred. On the job training with respect to the company's ERP system will be provided

. Proactive, diligent and responsible character.

. Ability to multitask

. Good conflict resolutions skills and have a good sense of judgement.

Additional Info:

. 5-day work week. 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

. All employees are covered on workman's injury insurance.
