Key Responsibilities
- Manage appointment bookings and handle customer enquiries via phone and in-person.
- Provide professional assistance and consultation on aesthetics services.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers to ensure a smooth appointment experience.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as required.
- Participate in customer engagement and marketing initiatives when necessary.
Requirements
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (to communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking customers).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience, preferably in aesthetics, medical spa, or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, professional image, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to travel between outlets as business needs arise.
- Candidates with prior marketing experience will be an advantage.
