Customer Service Supervisor, Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Service team to improve work processes, operational efficiency and service quality.

• Supervise daily team activities and allocate workload to ensure service standards are met.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements and support inventory control activities where required.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery arrangements, including contingency plans when necessary.

• Support import and export operations across Southeast Asia.

• Oversee monthly billing activities and handle ad hoc billing requests.

• Resolve customer and operational issues promptly while providing guidance and support to team members.

• Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching and performance discussions.

• Assist with manpower planning, staff training, onboarding and performance evaluations.

• Support budget planning and operational reporting where required.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
