Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily warehouse operations and local distribution logistics, acting as the primary point of contact for operational troubleshooting and continuous supply chain flow.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular physical audits and stock takes. Enforce 8S workplace organization and maintain strict facility safety protocols.
- Oversee end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) workflows and generate compliant shipping and export documentation aligned with international trade regulations.
- Audit and process vendor invoices and supplier payments in accordance with company financial policies and settlement schedules.
- Enforce adherence to internal operating policies alongside Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) benchmarks. Perform periodic compliance checks, facility inspections, and operational risk assessments.
- Ownership of core operational KPIs. Analyze supply chain metrics, evaluate activity indicators, and produce data-driven management reports with actionable process improvements.
- Execute ad-hoc logistics assignments, continuous improvement projects, and operational initiatives as directed by leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or relevant professional certification in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, distribution management, or supply chain execution.
- Systematic, process-oriented thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to resolving operational bottlenecks.
- Competency in core business software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional departments, external suppliers, and logistics partners.
