Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for sensitive user inquiries, managing complex cases and legal requests to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Drive process improvements and maintain accurate documentation to support audit and legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Respond to sensitive user inquiries related to data privacy, account security, and compliance to ensure user trust and regulatory adherence
- Coordinate with internal legal teams to manage legal and regulatory information requests, ensuring full compliance with company policies and external regulations
- Manage complex and high-risk user cases, including escalations and non-standard platform issues, to resolve problems effectively and maintain platform integrity
- Analyze and improve internal processes continuously to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation
- Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation to support audit trails, legal reviews, and compliance verification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in risk management, compliance, legal support, or handling sensitive/escalated customer issues
- Bachelor's degree or higher background in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related fields is advantageous
- Knowledge or certification in data privacy regulations (e.g., CIPP)
- Experience in legal support, paralegal, or similar roles
- Demonstrated excellent judgment and decision-making skills in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes accurately
