This is a 1-year contract hire.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for sensitive user inquiries related to data privacy, account security, and compliance matters.
- Handle legal and regulatory information requests in coordination with internal legal teams, ensuring full compliance with policies and regulations.
- Manage complex and high-risk user cases, including escalations, non-standard requests, and platform-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
- Maintain thorough and accurate case documentation to support audit, legal, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in risk management, compliance, legal support, or handling sensitive/escalated customer issues.
- Bachelor's degree or higher background in Law, Business, Public Policy, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent judgment and decision-making ability, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes accurately.
- Knowledge or certification in data privacy regulations (e.g., CIPP) is a plus.
- Experience in a legal support, paralegal, or similar role is a plus.
