Your Impact

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are at the frontline of our business - bridging customers, commercial teams, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

This role goes beyond handling inquiries. You'll play a key part in shaping customer experience, leveraging data and systems to drive improvements, and ensuring every interaction strengthens trust and long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage End-to-End Orders - Process customer orders, revisions, returns, and exchanges while coordinating closely with Operations to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
  • Handle Customer Inquiries with Excellence - Respond promptly to questions on products, billing, and services, including issuing debit and credit notes
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships - Create positive interactions, build rapport, and foster long-term customer loyalty
  • Drive Process Improvements - Analyse feedback and service trends to identify gaps and implement enhancements
  • Track & Report Performance - Compile and present reports on key customer service metrics to support decision-making
  • Optimise Workflow - Manage schedules and allocate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree qualification
  • Proficient in ERP system
  • Experience or knowledge in meat processing operations is an advantage
