Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support via live chat and email, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Manage and resolve escalated cases, ensuring proper follow-up and customer satisfaction
  • Support account-related matters, including verification processes, security practices, and transaction inquiries
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines while educating customers on best practices
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to support continuous service improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (entry-level candidates are welcome)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and public holidays).
